AOR CD化の歴史を振り返る その３ [AOR]
2001年から2005年までのAOR系CD化の流れを所有しているCDで振り返りたいと思います。
もちろん全部買っているわけではありませんし、国内盤だけを対象にしていますので、網羅性・正確性に関してはご容赦ください。
【2001年】
2000年の怒涛のCD化の勢いは2001年もまだ続きます。
インディ系は「City Breeze Collection」を終了したVIVID SOUNDは動きがないようでしたが、COOL SOUND、Dreamsvilleに加えCelesteが参入します。

こうして見ると2001年もすごい状況です。もはや何を買うか判断のつかなくなってましたが、よいタイミングでバイブルが登場してます。「AOR Light Mellow Remaster Plus」というスグレモノのガイド本が2001年9月に出されます。CD買う参考になりすぎて、しまいには全部揃えたくなったという状態でした。この時点で1997年以降に発売されたCDでガイド本に掲載されているのに所有していないものをせっせと買い進めましたが、すでに入手困難なものが結構ありました。この時点でAOR系CDは出たらすぐに買わないと後が大変と思い知りました。

2005年も動きは少なく、CD化可能なものは一旦2002年でほぼ出尽くした感がします。紙ジャケ化は一定あったのかもしれません。年末になってVIVID SOUNDが久しぶりに動きを見せ今に続く「Light Mellow's Choice」シリーズを開始しますがこの年はSteve Eatonの新譜のみでした。
